What "template" means here
A real file, not a screenshot. Spreadsheets carry working formulas you can inspect in the cell, so you can audit the arithmetic rather than trust it. Documents carry the section structure plus a guidance note per section explaining what belongs there — delete the notes before the document goes to a client.
Where a template ships with a completed example, the figures in it are illustrative and labelled as such. They exist to show the shape of a finished document, not to act as benchmarks.
